Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet.
Mix the baking powder, brown sugar, ginger powder, and onion powder, then coat the wings.
Arrange the wings on the baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes, turning once, until they reach 165 F.
Whisk the soy sauce, water, gochujang, honey, brown sugar, butter, sesame oil, rice wine, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
