Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and slice the peppers and onion.
Toss the vegetables with the oil and salt on a large sheet pan.
Roast the vegetables for 15 minutes, then place the sausages on the pan.
Roast for 20 minutes, turning the sausages once, until they reach 160 F.
