Ingredients
- 8 oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 3/4 cups meat sauce
- salt + pepper to taste (optional)
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 tsp kosher salt
Steps
- Mix the ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
- Layer meat sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan in a 7-inch springform pan, ending with cheese.
- Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot, set in the rack, and place the covered pan on the rack.
- Cook at high pressure for 25 minutes, then release pressure naturally for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan, uncover it, and let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before serving.
