Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage
  • 2 cups unsalted chicken stock
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Steps

  1. Cut the cabbage into wedges.
  2. Set a 6-quart Instant Pot to sauté and melt the butter.
  3. Cook the garlic in the butter for 1 minute.
  4. Add the cabbage, chicken stock, salt, and thyme.
  5. Cook at high pressure for 3 minutes.
  6. Quick-release the pressure after 5 minutes, then remove the lid.
