Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp basil
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 french bread or italian bread
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and split the bread lengthwise.
- Melt the butter with the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, basil, and rosemary in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Brush the garlic butter over the cut sides of the bread and sprinkle on the Parmesan.
- Bake the bread cut side up on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes, until crisp and golden.
