12 lb whole turkey
3 heads garlic
3 slices lemon
6 thyme
6 rosemary
1/2 cup olive oil
4 oz unsalted butter
1 tsp fresh thyme
4 tsp garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cracked pepper

Steps

Heat the oven to 325 F.
Pat the turkey dry and place it breast-side up in a large roasting pan.
