Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- optional toppings: sour cream
Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef for 8 minutes, until it reaches 160°F.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
- Press two wonton wrappers into each cup of a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Spoon refried beans into the wrappers, then add the cooked beef.
- Top each cup with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes, until the wrappers are crisp and the cheese melts.
