2 cans (20 oz) unsweetened pineapple chunks
2 packages (3 oz) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
1 1/4 cups orange juice
1 small cantaloupe
1 3/4 cups cubed honeydew melon
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups seedless grapes
2 firm bananas

Steps

Drain the pineapple, reserving 1 cup of its juice, and cut the cantaloupe, strawberries, and bananas.
Whisk the pudding mix, orange juice, reserved pineapple juice, and water in a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes, whisking often, until the mixture thickens.
Cool the glaze for 10 minutes, stirring twice.
Combine the pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and bananas in a large bowl.
Pour the glaze over the fruit, fold gently, and chill for 10 minutes.
