Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 2 just ripe bananas
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups watermelon cubes
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (optional)
  • 2 oz goat cheese
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup roasted salted almonds

Steps

  1. Stir the yogurt, goat cheese, honey, and vanilla in a small bowl for 2 minutes.
  2. Cut the peaches, bananas, and strawberries into bite-size pieces.
