Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet instant coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F and line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Melt the butter and stir it with the egg, coffee mixture, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Stir the cake mix into the wet mixture until a thick dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then cool the cookies on the sheets for 5 minutes.
