4 potatoes
1 cup milk

Steps

Cut the potatoes into thin wedges and soak them in the milk for 5 minutes.
Heat 1 inch of cooking oil to 350 F in a deep skillet.
Drain the potatoes, coat them thoroughly with the fried chicken breading mix, and shake off the excess.
Fry the wedges in batches for 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until golden and tender.
Check that the thickest part of the poultry reaches 165 F before serving.
