- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 lb mexican chorizo
- 10 corn tortillas
- 1 small white onion
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 recipe salsa verde
- 4 oz queso fresco
- 1 1/2 limes
Steps
- Dice the onion, chop the cilantro, and crumble the queso fresco.
