1 package simple mills vanilla cake mix
1 tbsp tapioca flour
3/4 cup pecan halves
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup melted salted butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with the parchment available.
Stir the cake mix, tapioca flour, pecans, egg, vanilla, melted butter, and almond milk into a thick dough.
Drop 14 spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
