24 fresh strawberries with leaves
16 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/4 tsp instant coffee
1 1/2 tbsp firm coconut oil
4 oz white baking chocolate

Steps

Wash the strawberries and dry them completely, then insert a toothpick into the leafy end of each one.
Melt the semisweet chocolate with the instant coffee and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between each burst.
Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate and place it on a parchment-lined plate.
Melt the white chocolate in 20-second microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.
