Ingredients
- 2 crusty rolls
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup warm refried beans
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo salsa
- optional: 1 crumble cooked chorizo
Steps
- Heat the oven broiler and split the rolls lengthwise.
- Butter the cut sides and broil on a baking sheet for 3 minutes, until lightly toasted.
- Spread the warm refried beans over the toasted rolls and cover them with cheese.
- Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, until the cheese melts and begins to brown.
- Top with pico de gallo and cooked chorizo, if using.
