- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 1 onion
- 10 oz canned diced tomatoes with chilies
- 13 taco shells
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese blend
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F.
- Cook the chopped onion and ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, until the beef reaches 160 F.
