Ingredients

1 spaghetti squash
5 oz chopped broccoli crowns
2 slices bacon
2 1/2 oz grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F.
Halve and seed the squash, place it cut-side down on a baking sheet, and roast for 40 minutes.
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 minutes, turning once, until crisp.
Remove the bacon, add the broccoli and 2 tablespoons water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
Scrape the squash into the skillet, stir in the grated cheese, and cook for 2 minutes.
Crumble the bacon and feta over the squash, then season with salt and pepper.
