Ingredients
- 1 cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup frank’s redhot buffalo wing sauce
- 8 slices jalapeño bread
- 4 oz sliced monterey jack cheese
- 4 oz blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese crumbles
- 4 tbsp butter
Steps
- Shred the cooked chicken and stir it with the buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Layer chicken, Monterey Jack, and blue cheese between four bread slices, buttered sides facing out.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
