Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and spread the broccoli on a small baking sheet coated with oil spray.
Roast the broccoli for 20 minutes until tender, then chop it into small pieces.
Beat the egg, egg whites, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Coat an 8-inch nonstick skillet with oil spray and heat it over medium-low heat.
