Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked ham optional

Steps

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300 F for 3 minutes.
  2. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir in the spinach, cheddar, and cooked ham.
  4. Grease eight muffin cups with cooking oil and divide the mixture among them.
