Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 oz) biscuits
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/2 fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking oil.
  2. Cut the biscuits into quarters and arrange them in the baking dish.
  3. Scatter the blueberries over the biscuit pieces.
  4. Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, quick oats, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  5. Melt the butter and stir it into the oat mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the topping over the blueberries and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until bubbling and cooked through.
  7. Cool the bake for 5 minutes before serving.
