Ingredients

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup bisquick
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F and grease an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking oil.
  2. Stir 2 cups of Bisquick, the milk, egg, and granulated sugar until just combined.
  3. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Mix the remaining Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly, then sprinkle it over the batter.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the center is firm and a toothpick comes out clean.
