1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp boiling hot water

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking oil.
Melt the butter and stir in the flour, coconut, brown sugar, cocoa powder, egg, and vanilla.
Press the mixture evenly into the pan and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Cool the slice in the pan for 5 minutes.
Stir the confectioner's sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and boiling water into a smooth icing.
Spread the icing over the warm slice and cool it for 2 minutes before cutting.
