- 125 g plain flour
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 60 g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 100 ml whole milk
- 50 g chocolate chips (optional)
- 100 g icing sugar
Steps
