- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 package (7/8 oz) mccormick® grill mates® smoky applewood steakhouse burgers seasoning mix
- 1 onion
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Steps
- Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat, about 400 F.
- Mix the beef with the seasoning and form four patties in 8 minutes.
- Grill the patties, onion, and bell pepper for 10 minutes, turning the vegetables once.
- Brush the patties with barbecue sauce and grill for 2 minutes, until they reach 160 F.
