Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 apple
- 3 oz brie cheese
- 2 1/2 tbsp chopped pecans
- 25 simple mills original sprouted seed crackers
- fresh rosemary (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with the crackers.
- Melt the coconut oil in a small skillet over medium heat, then stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Add the thinly sliced apple and cook for 4 minutes, until slightly tender.
