Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb chicken tenders or boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Steps
- Stir the buttermilk and hot sauce in a bowl, add the chicken, and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the air fryer to 400 F and spray the basket with oil.
