2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 orange
2 tblsp orange
1 clove peeled crushed garlic
1 tblsp thai red curry paste
8 chicken drumsticks

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and line a roasting pan with the drumsticks.
Mix the sweet chili sauce, juice from the orange, garlic, and curry paste in a bowl for 5 minutes.
Brush the sauce over the drumsticks and let them stand for 5 minutes.
Roast the drumsticks for 20 minutes at 425 F.
Turn the drumsticks and roast for 15 minutes, until they reach 165 F.
