1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 oz taco seasoning
2 tbsp salsa
20 egg roll wrappers
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
oil (optional)

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet.
Cook the beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 8 minutes, breaking up the beef until it reaches 160 F.
Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa, then cook for 1 minute.
