- 1/4 cup water
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 cup refried beans
- 12 round corn tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Steps
- Cook the ground beef and taco seasoning in a skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, adding water as needed, until it reaches 160 F.
- Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes.
