Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes
cooking spray
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1 dash white pepper

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Slice the sweet potatoes into very thin rounds.
Mix the rosemary, parsley, garlic salt, paprika, mustard, and white pepper in a bowl.
Coat the sweet potato slices with cooking spray and the seasoning mixture.
Arrange the slices in one layer and bake for 12 minutes.
Flip the slices and bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until browned and crisp.
