24 miniature sweet red peppers
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
24 strips bacon
2 slices white cheddar cheese
1 jar pitted greek olives
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F and line a large baking sheet with foil.
Cut a slit in each pepper and remove the seeds.
Mix the cream cheese and parmesan, then fill each pepper with the mixture and add crushed red pepper if using.
Wrap each pepper with one bacon strip and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, turning once, until the bacon is crisp and cooked through.
