Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup feta (optional)
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Steps

  1. Whisk the oil, maple syrup, vinegar, water, and optional Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss the greens, strawberries, diced avocado, and sliced onion in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  5. Top with pecans and optional feta.
