- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tblsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking pan with oil.
- Whisk the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, tomato puree, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Coat the drumsticks with half the sauce and arrange them in the pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes, turn the drumsticks, and brush them with the remaining sauce.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes more, until browned and the thickest pieces reach 165 F.
