1 lb sourdough bread
1/2 cup butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup green onions
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 pinch salt
5 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Steps

Heat the oven to 375 F.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the garlic, green onions, parsley, and salt.
Slice the sourdough loaf lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
Brush the butter mixture over the cut sides and cover them with cheddar and mozzarella.
