Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 chipotle in adobo with a little sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil (optional)
  • 1 cup the spreadable + hot water

Steps

  1. Add the cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and chipotle to a food processor.
  2. Blend the mixture until finely ground.
  3. Pour in the oil and hot water gradually while blending until smooth and spreadable.
  4. Taste and blend in more salt or chili powder if needed.
