3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup red bell pepper
3 tbsp chives (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 tsp lemon zest

Steps

Chop the shrimp finely and mix them with the panko, bell pepper, chives, salt, pepper, eggs, and lemon zest.
