2 nori seaweed sheet
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with oil.
Cut the potatoes into thin fries.
Toss the fries with vegetable oil, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Spread the fries on the baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, turning halfway.
Crumble the nori over the fries.
Stir half the mayonnaise with hoisin sauce, then stir the remaining mayonnaise with sriracha.
