- 15 oz canned salmon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil for frying (optional)
