3 cups canadian flour
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp poppy seeds for decoration
3 sticks butter at room temperature
1 can cooked sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup toasted chopped hazelnuts

Steps

Beat 1 stick butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl for 2 minutes, then mix in the egg and sour cream.
Stir the baking soda with vinegar, add it and the flour to the bowl, and chill the dough for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into thin ropes on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.
Cool the baked dough for 10 minutes, then break it into small crumbs.
Beat the 3 sticks butter with the cooked condensed milk until smooth, about 5 minutes.
