1 cup raw salted peanut butter
1 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup rolled oats
5 pitted dates
1 1/2 cups dairy-free quality dark or semisweet chocolate

Steps

Pulse almonds, peanuts, oats, and dates in a food processor until finely chopped.
Add peanut butter and pulse until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
Press the dough into 24 small patties and chill them on a lined tray for 20 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water.
