Ingredients
- 8 oz jumbo pasta shells
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp minced sage
- salt & pepper (optional)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 4 cups marinara sauce
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F.
- Boil the pasta shells in salted water for 9 minutes, then drain them.
- Mix the ricotta, pumpkin, Parmesan, garlic, sage, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Spread 2 cups of marinara in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Fill the shells with the pumpkin mixture and arrange them in the dish.
- Cover the shells with the remaining marinara and bake for 25 minutes.
