Ingredients
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 2/7 lb 99% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup ketchup + 2 tbsp
- 2 tsp worcesterchire sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp marjoram
- salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and lightly oil a baking pan.
- Cook the onion in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft.
- Mix the turkey, oatmeal, one-quarter cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg, marjoram, onion, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into four small loaves and place them in the pan.
- Spread the remaining ketchup over the loaves and bake for 30 minutes, until the centers reach 165 F.
- Rest the meatloaves for 5 minutes before serving.
