Ingredients

12 oz white chocolate baking bars
12 oz semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate baking bars
1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil or coconut oil
3/4 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Steps

Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan with oil and melt the semi-sweet chocolate with half the oil in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway.
Spread the melted dark chocolate in the pan and chill it for 20 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate with the remaining oil in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway.
Stir the peppermint extract into the white chocolate, spread it over the dark layer, and sprinkle on the candy.
Chill the bark for 30 minutes, then let it stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before breaking it into pieces.
