Ingredients

  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 1/2 cup cherries
  • 1 peach
  • 1/3 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • salt & pepper to taste (optional)

Steps

  1. Rinse and dry the watercress, cherries, peach, and sprouts.
  2. Pit and halve the cherries, then slice the peach.
  3. Whisk the lime juice, olive oil, agave, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Toss the watercress, fruit, and sprouts with the dressing in a large bowl.
