- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 oz finely shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 smaller zucchini
- 4 1/2 roma or plum tomatoes
- 5 fresh basil leaves
Steps
