1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
8 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mix the yogurt, mustard, and minced garlic in a large bowl, then coat the drumsticks.
Stir the flour, paprika, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Roll each drumstick in the flour mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
