Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • cayenne

Steps

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
