1 lb fresh white mushrooms
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup fresh dill
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste (optional)

Steps

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the mushrooms and onion for 8 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Cool the mushroom mixture for 5 minutes.
Chop the hard-boiled eggs and dill, then mix them with the mushrooms.
