Ingredients

  • 5 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp melted refined coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup vegan ice cream
  • 3 cup unsalted roasted pecans

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 400 F and place the frozen berries in a 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Chop the pecans and mix them with oats, coconut oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Scatter the topping evenly over the berries.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until the berries bubble and the topping is golden.
  5. Let the crumble cool for 2 minutes and serve with vegan ice cream.
